Refund requests

When paid access launches, refund eligibility and the request period will follow the policy presented at checkout and applicable consumer law. Duplicate or accidental purchases should be reported promptly.

Non-refundable situations

Refunds may be declined where legally permitted after substantial use, abuse, fraud, chargeback misuse or violation of the license terms.

Email support@appuithemebuilder.online with the purchase email and transaction reference. Do not send payment card numbers.
